why wear a helmet !!!!

once the wife bought me a new giro for christmas , i had no choice but to use it . it took only one run to fine tune the vent system for that days weather . it was minus 25 and windy ,but my head was toasty , i could still hear my skis on the snow and any conversation on the lift and most of all i could still hear other skiers or boarders entering what i call my safe zone . day three i took a ding on the top of my new helmet from the pole of a little munchkin straight from the chair lift above . yes - i got the "i told you so" - and now that i am used to it - i won't ski without it . the giro g-10 fit me like a glove and is super light .
