It's September and it snowed up high last night! My feet are feeling it, how about you? Anyway, these two new skis from Rossi are such great rides you need to check them out. The Mutix technology is coming and is the future of skis. You can custom set up your skis for the day - to your ski personality, to the terrain, to the snow  and let er' buck.

Mutix technology allows your to define the raduis of the turn and stiffness of the skis by interchangeable arms - both front and rear on the ski. It's no gimmick, it works and delivers. The Mutix R11 has two sets of arms AND you can mix and match , change radius an flex pattern and get the ski you ant for the day. You get 1 ski and 2 or 3 personalities! SHort radius and snap  long radius and power - I tried mix and match and just loved the way these snap into a turn. Hey gear heads these are fun! And when it comes to travel, wow just remve the arms and pack then in the special caddy bag provided, REMOVE the bindings and the skis go in a signle bag wrapped and come out pretty. As a shaped carver they perform, for Ski Pro's , gear heads and carve junkies. Great sweet spot, great ride!

The Z11 is the Mutix technology applied to the Zenith series skis. It takes the Z series shape and adds Mutix so you have a All Mountain ski that carves and floats . 2 set ups, a Power set up with the longer arms and a quick set up with the shorter arms. It's no joke here either, the skis have 2 personalities but ONE great similarity - they ski sweet! Me, I favour the short quick set up but on the last day of test in heavy wet glop, the long Power set up made the day. Like I said, you can custom your set up for your ski personality AND the snow, the day, the conditions.
